Policies

In order to serve as many clients as possible in a timely manner we have implemented the following policies for our services. Last-minute changes and no-shows effect our schedule and ability to provide prompt care for the other pets we serve. Please help us keep things running smoothly by reviewing and adhering to our policies below.

Daytime Services

Walks & Drop-In Visits

Timing Policy:
  • Start & End timeframes should be set at time of booking.

  • Timeframes will be no less than 1 hour wide to account for delays.

Lead Time Policy:
  • All Daytime Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • All services require a Meet & Greet with pawrent(s) and pet(s) prior to start of first service.

  • Co-Walks require a trial run (solo walk with Coral) prior to start of first Co-Walk.

Cancellation Policy:

Please submit cancellations via text and give as much notice as possible.

  • Full refund: 24 hours notice

  • Half refund: 12-24 hours notice

  • No refund: 12 hours notice or less

  • No refunds for Walks ended prematurely due to adverse dog behavior or last-minute pawrent scheduling conflicts

  • *Refunds will be given as credit toward future services*

Payment Policy:
  • All payments will be requested from @CoralsSeaDawgs via Venmo

  • Weekly booking payment requests will be sent out every Friday

  • Payments should be completed prior to the start of first service

Overnight Services

House Sitting

Timing Policy:
  • Start & End timeframes should be set at time of booking.

  • Start & End times are typically: 7-8AM, 4-5PM, or 9-10PM

  • Timeframes will be no less than 1 hour wide to account for delays.

  • Total cost of booking is calculated based on Start & End timeframes.

Lead Time Policy:
  • All Overnight Services must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance.

  • All services require a Meet & Greet with pawrent(s) and pet(s) prior to start of first service.

Cancellation Policy:

Please submit cancellations via text and give as much notice as possible.

  • Full refund: 7 days notice

  • Half refund: 1-7 days notice

  • No refund: 24 hours notice or less

  • *Refunds will be given as credit toward future services*

Payment Policy:
  • All payments will be requested from @CoralsSeaDawgs via Venmo

  • Booking payment requests for Overnight Services will be sent out at time of booking

  • Payments should be completed prior to the start of service

Inclement Weather

Walks & Drop-In Visits

Extreme Temperatures Policy:

In the event of temperatures below 30 degrees or above 90 degrees, Walks will be canceled, shortened, or converted to indoor exercise when possible for the safety and comfort of the dogs.

Severe Snow and Ice Policy:

All services are subject to cancellation in the event of a blizzard or severe ice storm if transportation is extremely dangerous or impossible.

We will do everything possible to keep every necessary appointment, though there may be major delays.

For this reason, we recommend having a local emergency contact nearby in case of these types of emergencies, especially during the winter months.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will be sent via text and will give at least 12-24 hours notice when possible.
